We recommend you take a taxi to and from
DFW Airport.
This airport is 7 miles from the Four Seasons resort, a 15 minute taxi
ride, and should cost approximately $25 one way.

Cancellation Deadline and Policy:
Any conference registration cancellations
made between Friday, February 24, 2006 and Thursday, March 9, 2006 will
be assessed a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellations made on or after
Friday, March 10, 2006 are non-refundable. This policy applies to all
attendees. Cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to Julie
