Hubbell Incorporated to utilize Sequentra to manage their real estate transactions and portfolio

Stamford, Conn. - April 2003 - Sequentra Solutions LLC will implement its Web-based software application, SEQUENTRA®, for Hubbell Incorporated North American real estate portfolio. The SEQUENTRA® solution will provide a comprehensive real estate technology solution, enhancing real estate administration and transaction management. Some of the main benefits that Hubbell has tried to leverage with the use of Sequentra is the self-defined reporting. Ad-hoc reporting will allow Hubbell to more easily capture and report on key information needed for its 10K reporting and Risk Management departments.
