XL Capital Selects Sequentra® as Global Real Estate Management System

XL Capital has entered into a multi-year contract to utilize the Sequentra® Web-based enterprise Corporate Real Estate (CRE) software system. The award came after a head-to-head competition of the leading real estate software vendors as outlined in the Gartner Group magic quadrant study.

XL will utilize the Sequentra® software for lease administration and project management for it’s global portfolio of over 90 locations in 29 countries, totally 1.5 MM SF. Additionally Sequentra has been integrated with Archibus, a leading facility management software, to provide space management as well as planned and preventative maintenance.
