Needs Analysis
Sequentra® Solutions works with clients from the onset to understand how they can best utilize the application. This initial consultation will drive the development of comprehensive project field names, project templates and lease abstracts used to gather all information required to meet the client’s workflow and lease administration goals.
System Configuration
Our consultants can customize the application to meet the case-by-case needs of different clients. This service sets up the application to mirror the client’s organization by imbedding custom fields, the organizational hierarchy, custom views, business processes, user security rights and company-specific standard reports into
Sequentra®.
Business Process Consulting
Our consultants are available to examine our client’s business processes and develop an optimized workflow based on industry best practices.

Lease Consulting
Lease consultants are available to perform all tasks required to properly load and manage information in
a lease administration module. Our experts have provided lease abstraction and data input work for clients ranging in size from 25 leases to portfolios of thousands of domestic and international leases. Lease abstraction can be provided on-site at a single client location, at multiple hubs or off-site, as required.

Scanning
Sequentra® Solutions can scan, image and index a client’s lease files and associated correspondence. This information is then linked to the client database and used as a reference when there is a need to go back to the source document. This once expensive alternative is available today for only pennies a page.
Data Conversion
When a client chooses Sequentra® to replace their preexisting lease administration or project management system, often times data conversion is required. Because
Sequentra® is platform independent, the effort to convert preexisting data is greatly reduced. If a client has their current data in a database that is compatible with
Sequentra®, the data conversion process is included in the implementation service. If the data is in a system that is not supported by
Sequentra®, data conversion services can be added at a nominal cost depending on the volume of data.
Batch and Bi-directional Data Exchange
When a client chooses to use Sequentra® in conjunction with a legacy lease administration or project management system, a batch or bi-directional data exchange can be implemented between the two systems. A process can be set up to transfer data from the existing system into
Sequentra® and vice versa. Using Sequentra® in this capacity allows users to collaborate with other project team members from remote locations such as project sites and home
offices. This process can help convert a legacy system that users traditionally
can only access from within a company's internal network, to a fully
