Lease abstract information is captured in the Lease Management Module of Sequentra®. This module of Sequentra® can be utilized as a
freestanding Lease Administration system or be linked with a third party lease administration application. In addition to linking with other
lease administration systems, individual sections within the module (such as rent information) can be linked with other systems within the
client's environment. Sequentra® is fully configurable and highly scalable without the need of an outside programmer to make changes. Because
the application can be configured by the client, all the sections within the Lease Management Module can be altered to capture the
