What is Sequentra®?

Sequentra® has been developed to enhance real estate administration, project management, transaction management and reporting for improved productivity. 

Sequentra® is an integrated, collaborative, web-based system, and serves as a central repository for all project and portfolio related information. Sequentra® provides clients with enhanced communications and accountability for all facets of real estate and project related requirements. It also contains a Lease Administration module, that combined with the tracking feature, can serve as a client’s entire real estate database and reporting system.

Who uses Sequentra®?

Sequentra® is designed for three (3) distinct user groups - first, the corporate real estate department executives (see list below of typical CRE users); second, the corporate real estate services providers, from the data managers to the product vendors; and third, the business unit customers of the CRE function. Is learning to use Sequentra® Difficult?

Sequentra® has been designed for use by the end space users, people who will never spend the time to learn real estate software. Even the most non-technical user can learn and use Sequentra® within a matter of minutes. The application is extremely intuitive. Training by a Sequentra® professional is standard when the application has been implemented into a new client. Help files have been incorporated into the application should users have any question they have forgotten the answers to in training. Lastly, should a user need a refresher training course, we offer a computer based training course that can be accessed 24 hrs a day via the internet.

Can Sequentra® be integrated into my companies existing Lease Administration or Project Management software?

Sequentra® can intergrate into most existing lease administration project management tools. Sequentra® has been designed to be platform independent so that the web interface can be attached to any number of database technologies. The most common database technologies Sequentra® can communicate with are MS Access, MS Excel, MS SQL, Oracle and IBM DBII.

Is Sequentra® secure?

Security of our clients data is one of the most important factors in making Sequentra® a world-class provider of application services. The security measures taken to protect sensitive data is on par with online brokerage and banking institutions.
